As per January 1, 2012 Ecoline Systems AG, Pfäffikon SZ, has taken over all activities relating to labelling products, systems and services from Alcast AG - Division Ecoline Systems, Pfäffikon SZ. As per February 1, 2012 Raymond Martin will succeed Frank A. Wenzinger as President of the Board of Directors and CEO of Ecoline Systems AG. Frank A. Wenzinger will continue to actively consult the new management for at least the next two years and will ensure a seamless transition of the activities to the newly established company.
